Mariam Abdelnabi
PhD Student
Mariam is a doctoral researcher in Behavioural Science at Warwick Business School. Her research explores how individuals' financial footprints can impact decision-making in risky contexts, with a specific focus on gambling behaviour and its associated harms.
Steven Murphy
Postdoctoral Researcher
Steven holds a joint role at the Gambling Commission and Warwick Business School. His postdoctoral work uses open banking data to reveal insights into gambling harm, the size of the black market, and regulatory insights. He holds a PhD in Mathematics.

George Ferridge
Former PhD Student
George completed his PhD in Economics at Warwick, focused on behavioural and experimental economics, with a particular interest in nudge theory and behavioural interventions for public policy. He's now a Senior Behavioural Data Scientist at Cowry Consulting.
